    Hold the gear with the gear holder tool and measure the torque with a torque wrench on the nut. When it slips that's the measure of the slippage.

    Very easy
    first put the charger on the plate
    second hold the lock washer and unbolt the nut
    remove the spring washers, gear and the old washers ( remove every thing ) you will get only empty shaft
    clean it
    put new riva washer with (SOME) lsoflex grease
    you have 40 needle bearing put them in the gear with (SOME) lsoflex grease
    make sure not to plug the oil hole
    put the second riva washer with(SOME) lsoflex grease
    put the lock washer back
    now time for the new spring washer with engine oil on them
    position of the washers is { )()() }
    The nut torque is 30 N.M
