Welcome to the other side of the world (Yami) Nick.

What's your budget and how fast do you want to go?
    Racing or cruising?
    Flat water or Ocean?
    Wrenching yourself or paid labour?

Soooooooooo many choices. So little time!

Well, im not sure if im going to race yet. I am just in it to have fun and I love fast ski's so Cruising, I always like being the one with the fastest ski out thier.
Flat water and the odd day in rough water and somtimes wave jumping. but mostly for speed.
    Wrenching Myself.
    Hope this helps thanks.

Well my budget would be however much because i am going to pay for all the parts even if it takes me 6-12 months to get them. i would like to be hitting the 85MPH mark

I dont think that you can do the bigger injectors with the reprogram. I think that you will need to run and aftermarket controller for that.

Hi TDR, your list looks great. Like allstar mentioned, you won't use the 725cc injectors with the stock ECU or Reflashed ECU.

It's not that big of a deal to send your ECU here to the US for the reflash. Turn around time is pretty quick and shipping it back with USPS Express Mail is only going to cost around $40

the seat and hood arent really needed if you dont plan on racing.... put the money towards a motec or vipec system

I might also consider JD1's intercooler instead of the Riva PowerCooler....

You probably are not going to be able to run an 18 pound boost wheel with a reflash. Might want to think about a B1 wheel which should put you around 12-13 psi @ 8300-8500 rpm.

I would seriously think hard about trying to run big boost if you want your motor to stay together for a large amount of hours. 18psi is a LOT of boost. Just food for thought.
