Only had experience with an A kit.

Rode an RXPX last weekend with A kit -X, 4 inch kanaflex, Les Cooke remap and **** it flew!!

Can't imagine what a C kit would be like..

For what i have heard, b kit is the way to go if you don't want to became a slave of sc washer changing!!! And it is fine for offshore endurance. A good safe solution could be bkit and les cooke reflash 8600 ecu.
About 280 hp with a rxpx( ecu plus sc).

Ckit seems to be the top ( zapata used it on his gp ski!!) but it needs a lot of maintanance , changing washers a lot.

Maybe a good way is to have a ckit and rotax racing hydraulic shaft.

But wkth a ckit extra mods are a loy to be safe and have right increase.

About speed depends by too much things such as weather conditions, your prorp, your skills, your pump and so on so imo it is unusefull asking speed.it is better to know budget and hp target than decide.

On my last rxpx i have put a a kit with injectors and prop ad according to me there wasn't a huge differnce. Maybe a too small mod , better if decide to switch bkit.

Didn't notice a huge difference either with just the SC upgrade but when the Les Cooke ECU was put in..it woke the ski right up!!

It would have been the ECU that made a big difference but the SC blade does help as well. R88
