You will have to machine the 215 housing out to 137 MM to accept the new X-wheel. Then you will need a X front cover for it also. Cant just put an x-wheel in a 215 charger. Easier to just buy a new X-charger

Yess I have the front X front cover. But some people told me that in this mode the supercharger might break.

From all that Ive read here the best thing to do in your situation is to buy a 08 supercharger rebuild kit which includes the new style shaft and bearings. You will also need to buy a new rear x style housing from your local dealer or this site. Not sure what you've got invested in that x wheel or front housing you have but the shaft kit and rear housing will probably cost you around $500 and you still have to assemble it. you can purchase a new one on this site complete for $658...kind of a no brainer...plus you're supporting this site which surely everybody on here would appreciate...just my .02

Did you have it welded in the corner where it gets thin?
