Can anyone help me to choose my prop?

Hi! A good friend of mine has a 2004 GPR1300R with the folowing mods:

GP1300R Performance Cylinder Head Kit (45cc)
    RIVA Girdled Head Hardware Kit
RIVA GP1300R Power Filter Flame Arrestor
    RIVA Pro-Series E.F.I. Control Unit
    RIVA GPR Performance Ride Plate
    RIVA GPR Performance Trim Tabs
    RIVA GP1300R Cat Removal D-plate
RIVA GP1300R Free Flow Exhaust Kit
    GPR Black Mat Kit
    RIVA GPR Pump Seal Kit
    RIVA GP1200R/1300R Top-Loader Intake Grate

Right now it has a 13/19 prop, but when we mounted all these performance parts, it just lost a lot of top speed. We don't know what RPMs it's making, because we don't have a tiny tach, but i'm guessing this 13/19 is way too short. The PWC puls very very strong in mid range, but has no top end...

Is the 14/20 the way to go?

yes, you need a tach before you can tune an impeller

a 13/19 is probably close to the correct impeller, but what nozzle is on the boat?

RIVA GPR Performance Ride Plate bolted straight up? hanging down anywhere?
RIVA GPR Performance Trim Tabs extended tabs?
    RIVA GP1300R Cat Removal D-plate
RIVA GP1300R Free Flow Exhaust Kit not needed and can cost some top end
    GPR Black Mat Kit
RIVA GPR Pump Seal Kit did you seal he shoe with 5200?
    RIVA GP1200R/1300R Top-Loader Intake Grate
    no tunnel reinforcement?
    air mods?

IMO, with those mods (which are very very close to a stage 2) I'd recommend the 14/20 and remove the airbox screens. If the OP is cavitating alot down low/spinning too much out of the hole, tha'd be another clue in justifying the taller 14/20. Hey, you've got the higher compression head...go for it!

Plus you can always switch them out if say you want more bottom end bite for wave jumping....

Riva pro series EFI is at 7-6-1-6.

It also has a Riva Nozle, no air mods (he does a lot of wave jumping), no tunnel reinforcement, OEM head gasket...

This weekend i'm going to check out the ride plate and the trim tabs, to see if they are hanging down...

Thank you all for your help

you won't push a 14/20 without intake mods (the free flow does nothing if you don't have more air coming into it)

    go with the 13/19

    OR

    VF3's and the 14/20

them extended tabs are speed killers

and you should use an 87mm exit nozzle with that concord impeller
