Breaking in fouling plugs
I was following the breakin procedure from PCTooGay on my new top end and the influx of oil injection, coupled with the premix, is fouling plugs at an alarming rate. This is the first 2-cycle breakin I have done (4-cycle is easier), but doing the math the instructions don't make sense - and I keep fouling plugs.
1. For premix, it states to change the ratio to 32:1 for the breakin.
2. For injections, it states to use premix 50:1 in addition to the injection.
Using these ratios, the premix is fine, but since the oil injection pumps around a 50:1 ratio in, it is running more like 25:1. This oil saturated environment is fouling the plugs so I have to change them every half hour or so.
Is anyone else having this problem? Maybe I should find out Water Worx method to a quick breakin.

So wait, you're running the oil injection AND 50:1? If that's the case, that's not needed.
If you're running the oil injection, try an extra 1-2 oz's of oil per gallon for break-in.

All the oil was making the ski run like a lawnmower and look like it was smoking for mosquitoes. I drained the tank down to 1/4 tank then replaced it with regular fuel. That should reduce the oil content down to acceptable levels.
