    coffmans exhaust for a 96 xp800

    are these any good?? theirs one for sale local to me for cheap and I was thinking about picking it up. Just looking to do a mild bolt on build to my XP800.

    thats just a tad bit more than mild but a good upgrade....go for it. you will have to re jet the carbs and maybe a prop to. that will definitely let you hang with some newer Doos

    I think it is called the signature series pipe? There are known to leak, i would pressure test the pipe before buying one.

    I would check it out and see if it's solid and i would buy it, it will wake up your ski, you will have to rejet your carbs before you go ride it.

    thats kinda what I'm worried about. are these things a pain in the ass to jet?? is their someone who can put me in the ball park where it should be jetting wise??

    I have never installed a Coffman on a 96xp but a Spec 2 takes a lil elbow grease getting it in, that Coffman looks a lil more involved lol...good luck, i would think that since it doesn't have a coupler in the middle that you can run it hotter than the spec 2 chamber?
