Randy at Watcon.com was selling them for around $80.
That was me the posted you have a 4*, and what water conditions are you NORMALLY going to be riding in?
A 6* wedge won't do much good in rough water, mostly smooth.

when i had the virage batwing plate on i hated running a 6 wedge in anything other than glass water.

my virage, the ski was way to squirrely in the rough, always wanted to drive the nose up.the op plate rides a hair rougher but with a 6 wedge its a better setup in the rough.

Best wedge for conditions
So is there a definitive thread on wedges?
I know everyone says to get the 6 degree wedge for the MSX class Polaris.
How about the others?
From this thread should a 4 be best for those or does it depend on water conditions and if so how?

water conditions play a big part, when i go to the river i run a 6 wedge.when i'm going to the lakes 4 wedge.from a 4 to a 6 wedge would be 2mph gain tops.i change wedges, props, grates, sponsons, and stator combos between lake and river rides.usually a 5mph difference in my setups but my river setups are not what i like to use on the lakes at all.

That way you get a custom ride for conditions.... don't know if I would want to take the time to change the setup each time I go out....
That is pretty cool though.
I think I will look for a 4 degree and 6 degree wedge though as that is pretty easy to change. You don't need a longer steering bar do you?
