    FZS Transformation

Myself and Oldman just put this FZS ski together for the owner over the past 2 days. Recently purchased 09 FZS leftover, with 2 hours for break in and the owner purchased the following parts to install.

    B1 Wheel
    RIVA Intercooler
    R&D R2 Reflash
    R&D Powershot
    Skat 160mm Liner
    Skat 160mm 13/23 Prop
    RIVA Heavy Duty Supercharger Shaft
    RIVA Free Flow Exhaust
    RIVA Air Intake
    JD 1 Sponsons
    RIVA Manifold Upgrade
    R&D Multi-pressure Boost Port
    R&D Intake Grate with Stuffers
    R&D Rideplate
    R&D Pump Cone
    Boost Gauge
    Innovative LM-1
    Pet 2100 Tach

I think that is everything. Waiting on the 160mm liner and Reflash to come back and then we will be able to test the ski. Will probably be around 2 weeks and I will have some results for you guys.

VERY nice set-up. Can't wait for you to test that 160mm liner and prop....
I have almost exact same set-up minus the prop and liner.

....And I can't wait to hear about his reaction when he rides it.

    Good question, two reasons manily.

Hopefully better able to control cavitation (hope 160mm setup is good enough, but owner may end up going 160mm 8 vein if necessary anyway)

Ski won't be a flat water queen and will be ridden very hard so looking to put less stress on the internals and clutch with the smaller wheel. Will hopefully see close to 13 psi, which really is plenty for this paticular ski.

looking good, but put protection towed or mat around the hull to prevent any scratch on that new ski.
