    compression dilema

    1992 sl 650, I have 30 #s compression in front cylinder, 118 in middle and 118 in rear cylinder. Can I just rering the front or should I do all 3?

    you won't know until you get the head of that cylinder and see what damage has been done

    I bet you can do just 1! I have! 118 is good! but try to see why one lost compression! IE lean Z

    I'd certainly pull the dome and see waht happened, there's a good chance you'll get away with just the one cylinder/oiston once you correct you problem.

    Let us know what you find under that dome.
