    picked up a new truck

we own a small buisness and we have several trucks. two of our trucks a 92 and 95 gmc just weren't cutting it any more. we took them in and traded one in on 2010 2500 gmc w/t with a 6.0.

then i saw this beast and checked it out and liked it so i bought this truck for my for work and personal use.

its an 06 lariat with fx4 package with 40k on it. it came with a plow and has a v10. leather interior, heated seats, auto climate control, built in brake controller and a buck of other options. i paid 23500 for it so i felt like i got a good deal.

it nice to have a truck that can tow 7000 pound behind it and not even feel like its there. now if it only got more then 10mpg lol.

I wish Ford would redo their interiors on the F250-F350's. I feel they are just so plain compared to my GMC. Either way... its a nice truck.

we had had two dodge vehicles and just cant bring my self to buy another one after all the problems i had. i also don't like the independent rear. maybe im wrong but i dont think they are as tough as a solid axle

im a big gm guy. this is actually my first ford truck.
i agree with you. but i do like the interior in this truck alot. one thing i will say for sure is that gm seats especially leather ones don't hold up well.

they may be bland but at least its a tasteful bland .

Dodge 3/4 and 1 tons are solid axle. Only the half tons are IRS.
