Are you running an after market intercooler?

Then you really need to be running one of these Groco water strainers to help protect your intercooler from clogging

This is a universal kit that will work for the Seadoo's, Kawasaki's and Yamaha's

Where does it go exactly in the ski? Any pics of it installed? Looks like a smart investment.

    That's probably a good idea.
What size hose nipples does this kit come with?
We're running 5/8" hose right now but will probably go to a 3/4" soon.

It's a universal kit that comes with 3/4 fittings for the seadoo's and 1/2" for the yamaha's so you will be good to go either way you choose to go.

You can install it pretty much anywhere you see fit. It installs in the water line that comes from the pump and goes to the intercooler.

I've been running one of these on my FZR and there is nothing regulating water pressure. Been running one of these for years in my seadoo too with no issues at all. These are Groco water strainers. Top notch stuff!

    Jerry,
I am running an additional cooling line for the intercooler so should I order another filter for the engine cooling line?
As my engine runs on the hot side my concern is that it may reduce water flow to the motor.
    Thanks
    Ed
