    C Kit on 255

I think that if you are only changing the SC you maybe able to stay with the stock injectors 42's? and just add a RRFPR. I assume you can monitor your AFR.

Never ran a C-Kit on a stock X ECU, but have run a 2Rude and ET-Extreme with one. You will need 50s, RRFPR and a Walbro fuel pump upgrade. Also will need to check AFRs for sure or bad things will happen. The next problem will be overstuffing, because you will have to run a 81mm nozzle and about 14/23-25 prop to keep rpms down to about 8100. Once you pass about 14/24 you don't gain anymore speed or accleration. If you add pump pressure relief and run a R&D grate it should help a little.

I agree with the issues of keeping the RPM down, and upgrading the fuel pump but don't you think 50's will make it too rich down low on the stock ECU and that the RRFPR alone with 42's would make up the extra fuel requirements at boost....It's only going to be turnin 8100

Not with a X-ecu and a RRFPR that works properly. Your idle AFRs will be around 14:1 with my set up.

Here are some pictures. I was running a 2RUDE with 50s and RRFPR. Take a look at my AFR and fuel pressure at idle. Just in case you can't make it out its 14.5:1, 48-50psi, and 1800 rpms.

Fair enough. The X ECU must be quite different to the standard 215 ECU...me thinks. I take it those pictures are of when you were running the stock X ECU.

It is different for sure. Alot leaner at idle compared to the 05-07 RXP ecu from what I have seen. SeaDoo may have leaned out even the 08 and up RXP ecu's for emissions, too. Just not sure on that one.

Yeah, those pictures are when I was running a stock X ecu. Here is the lastest pic with the LesCooke reflash.
