    draining the fuel tank

I'm looking to drain my fuel tank. Its a EFI gpr. I came across a few threads about using the internal pump to do it but i have a question.

My engine is currently out along with my battery. Is there any way to power up the fuel pump or any other idea's?

I used i siphon through the fill hole but i have about 1/3rd left that i'm having trouble getting out

Remove the rubber cap on the top of the tank then siphon through it.
