    carb question

    i know im gonna sound stupid for asking this but i see all this talk about cv carbs and what not and im real new to the jetski world and was wondering what they were. the reason asking was is my carb on my 750 needs adjusting. its a stock carb but needs to be richer. so any help will be appreciated

    Your carbs are NOT CV carbs, so you don't have to worry about that. There are 2 mixture adjustment screws on each carb, Hi & Lo. Remove the screws holding on the top of the flame arrestor, then you'll find more screws inside that hold on the base of the flame arrestor and the carbs. Be careful to get the gaskets aligned correctly when you put them back on.

    ok so since they aern't cv then its like cars out to richen and in to lean

    ok thanks for the help. just ordered a vortex flame arrestor so i will probably have to richen it some more

    Yes you will and good luck. I have one on my 1100 with a triple and I have it out over 4 turns and it still is to lean. F/A is great nothing wrong with it but I am not sure if it is normal to have to richen them that much.

    Tex,

    Increase your jet size .o5 for every 2 turns if I remember correctly
