The C3 comes with a replacement exducer to incease airflow at low rpm, which explains the extra cost, & is rated by R&D to make 10psi @ 7700 & 13psi @ 8300. Riva claims 11.5psi @ 7700 with the B1, & don't give a psi # for higher rpm in their description.

the C3 makes more power at less boost from our experience. CFM flow is very important not only peak boost.
