    Question What to expect from new mods on Fzr ?

    Im new to this sight and first off , Jerry could not be a nicer guy . Very helpful he has been . Ski 2009 Fzr . Mods last year riva intake , manifold upgrade , r&d intake grate and stuffer kit and through hull exhaust . Just ordered E1 , R2 programmimg ,powershot ,13/25 Skat ,Riva engine cooling kit , r&d ride plate ,rrfpr and a few look good items . Waiting on the Jd1 intercooler . What kind of speeds should i expect ?

    82mph but you need to get air into the engine.

    If built and tuned right 85 should not be a problem. With that 155mm skat prop you can expect huge amounts of cavitation. You need 160mm pump setup with atleast 8 veins. You can get that here in the online store:

    82 if it was my ski (setup by me). 85 is setup by the Wise Ones here on the forum.

    And I agree that the pump will need to be studied. Jerry and others have had good success with the 160mm setup.
