How to get rid of mold / mildew on handlebars?

Anybody found a way to remove mold & mildew from the yellow handle bar cushions? I’ve tried soaking them in a chlorine bath , rubbing them with Simple Green, Ajax, Wesley’s Bleach White….. nothing works!

Do I just cover this up with a SeaDoo yellow dye or paint???

TileX works great! Works on boats, pwc, showers, etc....

Many times, the mold soaks into the pores of the vinyl, and nothing will remove it totally. I have had good luck with a bleach gel product; it stays on there for a long time. I forget the name of it....

Clorox Clean-Up and a green scotch brite pad.
