I need a steeper impeller but I've not seen anything about this one. What kind of power do you need to drive it?

you can actually run this impeller on quite a range of motors by using the nozzle exit diameter to adjust the rpms

it is pretty easy to take a 87 mm nozzle and open it up to 88 or even 89 mm if you need to

I was running it on both a single pipe 1500 and a triple pipe 1500 using a 85 mm nozzle

with a 87 nozzle you could rprobably un it on a 1390

with a 88 / 89 nozzle you might be able to run it on a strong 1300
