any answers?? Im thinking it may be the air intake sensor or something.. has anyone else had a problem like this.. would starting the engine without anything on the supercharger intake set it off?

I've had something similar happen when I put in my new SC. For me it was a water line to the J pipe - took it off to get more room for the install and forgot to hook it back up...almost sank the ski and only found out from an overheat warning beep.
Don't know what your specific problem might be but I would start by going back through everything and making sure it's torqued, tightened, plugged, zip tied, duct taped or blocked off.
Once you've done that and if you still have a warning - come back to the forum and try to give a little more info on the problem. There are a lot of people on here that know these skis inside and out and can probably diagnose what the problem is and offer a solution if you can give them more info.
