    SHO stage1 results

guys i have a 08 sho and have completed the below mods,

    little ol stage 1
    Jim's cut stock plate
solas 13/22R riva prop (actual 21 on gauge)
    bov
    grate holes filled
foam crap out from under cowels
+ other junk not speed related..

fitted her up with my pet tach today and run her with half a tank of juice and trim all up...6 inch chop, little cross wind but nothing to slow that hull down any...

    these are my results,(see pics)...

is there any room for improvement with what i have done so far.....

post away if you think get any more out of this set up as i would love to get feedback and your results on stage 1... or i will move onto the next part of the plan if most consider i am maxed out and speeds are respectable...

    thanks paul.

What was your speed before the mods? I have basically the same mods to do to my fzr and right now I'm only at 66 stock. That is a awsome speed.

Very good speed. I did 71.6 with the exact same mods + my intercooler. Only difference was I had Jim's earlier cut on the ride plate where he was just machining the mounting bosses. He now machines the entire plate and it's about .4 mph faster with that change, so relatively, I could have very well seen 72.0 with his new cut.

All in all, I would say that is a great speed for what you have done.

Same as my best speed and I've got a fair few more mods on mine. Hmmm.

Well done buddy. Looks like you were right about the powershot. Corkycat is getting the same speed with it as without it ?

invest in the r1/r2 reprogramming and you could be close to 80+ mph.....
