    Impros response time

    Hey gang I emailed impro's about doing a prop for me over a week ago with no response. Is that the best way to contact them or call the shop? Just looking for a bit of info on their services.

    this is a busy time of the year, he has no time to check his computer, best keep calling, even in winter, take him several days to reply back

    They do great work... however their customer service sucks!

    i had impros do work on a few of my impellers in the past -- he does great work but turn around time was very long -- but in his defense he was in the middle of a divorce back then
