RXPX: 8120rpm - Stock Limit?
I've done the 4" intake and work grate, I didnt see 200rpm increase, was like 8060rpm before and now 8120rpm. Is that the stock limit?

noo the limiter is at 8200 on a px.... i only saw like 100rpms from mine...most ppl see the best speeds between 8140 and 8180 on an X....the summer will lower your rpms alot....i go from 8180 in winter/feb march to about 8060 8080 in the summer july august

So with stock ECU, as I mod I should pitch the prop for 8100?

Food for thought:
Seadoo reps have said the stock ecu pulls timing after 8000rpm. So ideally you should be pitching for that.
but on the other hand, like frankie, others have hit their best speeds at 8160.
I dunno where you ride, but up in the northeast I pitched for 8060 in the spring i ran 7940 in the heat of summer and 8160 in the cold fall.

My best speeds have also come around the 8140-1860 mark.
