Ever heard of 785 Jet Pro pipes

These aren't mine. I saw the pic here: http://www.impeccablelogic.com/pierce/parts.htm

I tried to e-mail the guy, but it bounced. What is different about a set of Jet Pro pipes for a 785 Pro?

    Thanks,

    Aaron

Well Aaron as luck would have it, the guy who built our triples for our race boat back in 97 was Dave and Nic of Jet Pro in Santa Clara California. Dave now own a KART race track near San Francisco, I'll get you a number and you can ask him. Oh just so you know, nobody touched us with our Jet Pro pipes.

The guy selling the parts is Jim Pierce... ex Polaris racer.

Interesting thing about JetPro. They made your pipes Kevin.... the MotoMarines. I believe that Jay Drake and the guys speced them, JetPro stamped them, and Coffman's welded them.

At least I think that's how it went!!!

Interesting. Thanks for the info. I will check with Dave. What if they could stamp those MotoMarine pipes again? I think there are a couple of people that would like them. He actually sold the shop to someone that use to work for him.

Yeah, check it out. The story goes something like that I think. They had their hands in there somewhere I think. Bigger players than most people know I believe. They made a 1 piece SeaDoo 800 pipe also. Ask him if he has any of those kicking around in his rafters!!!

That's funny. The stamping business was Proto Pipe, the service bays were JetPro. I think I have that right. Kevin, you bugged them once a week, is that how it was??
