    Throttle Body Spray Kit....

I was wondering about this kit. is it worht it? Right now my TB is getting stuck and I have to tap it a few tims on the throttle lever to unstick it. I was told this kit would take care of the problem if it isn't too late.

How is the install on these? Hard, moderate? I know you have to drill into the TB...? How's that?

Should I take out the TB and give it a nice clean and lube? How do I take it off? I know there are some torx screws but I see a lot more attached to it.

    Any info appreciated.

Their are 4 torx screw that can be remove easily and 2 electric cable clips to remove also then the unit is free.

The unit is easy to work on and a good clean will do it wonders.

    Its a NO Brainer!

I thought the hose on mine was for fogging it for winter. I guess I would rather have it, then not have it. It is just a little hose with a cap on it. If you are taking the T/B off, now would be the time to put the KIT on I guess.

Can you use this port for fogging the motor? I know its to lube the throttle body but maybe it could be used for both?

I am assuming it is hard to get a can down to the throttle body and spray it inside. A port sounds like a great idea for fogging and cleaning the throttle body.

Here is some information on the AMSOIL Throttle Body Cleaner and Fogging Oil

AMSOIL Power Foam Engine Cleaner & Degreaser
Improves starting and performance. Cleans dirty intake systems and spark plugs, frees sticky valves. This is safe for two-cycle and four-cycle engines. This works great on cleaning off power valves also.

Here is the Fogging oil from AMSOIL. It acts as a barrier that keeps condensation from coming into direct contact with steel and iron components, that forms surface corrosion on cylinder liners, piston rings, anti-friction bearings and steel/iron contact surfaces on rotational seals.

Now I need to know the difficulty of intalling the TB lube kit?

I'd hate to have to pay $75 to have it installed when the kit is only $25. Yet again, I dont wanna mess the TB up and have to spend $900 for a new one!
