SHO Cooling Outlet Hose Size--Anyone Know?
This morning, I ordered a Dyno Tune temperature gauge and would like to install one of these:
in the engine cooling water outlet hose coming off the thermostat housing.
However, I don't know the size of this hose. Can anyone help me out on this?
I'd like to have the in-line adapter sent with the other parts and they say I've got the rest of the day to get back with them.
Thought it was cool that the Dyno Tune guy I talked to on the phone recommended I post the question on Green Hulk.

I owe you one.
How firm does that hose feel? Do you think it would stretch enough so that I could get a .866142" or 22mm barb in it or should I go with 18mm (.708661")?

I just measured mine ...
the thermostat outlet tube was approx 20mm in dia.

Thanks for the posts guys.
I will end up with them both () and will use the biggest one that will work.
Looking forward to knowing what temp the ski is running even if it's in ° C.

That's funny. I read here on the Bimini thread that some time ago, a forum member had a cooler built for the front of the ski and it had its own bilge pump.
Now that's a mod I need to do!
