    c3 wheel without intercooler?

What would happen if you put the c3 in without an upgraded ic? I have the wheel coming but want to wait for JD's ic

I ran the my ski for quite a while with the C3 and stock intercooler with no issues. Of course, you will maximize the benefits once you switch over to the JD intercooler.

With a stage 1, SC C3 wheel and a powershot, what prop should be used?
Keeping in mind that a stage two and three will be next. Thanks!

13/24 works great and can be repitched for later.

If you can, try and start with a 15 degree leading edge. Maybe do a 15/23. You really want to open up that leading edge to help feed the back of the prop and cut down on cavitation. IMO a 13 degree leading edge is just not enough. I am still running the stock SC wheel, seeing 9.2 pounds of boost at around 8300 rpm and I am running a 15/19 repitch stocker. It works really well.

I ran my B1 at sea level/90-95* weather with a 13/24 prop no IC and my ski was just over stock on speed. It would get there quicker but couldn't reach top speeds. Added the Riva IC and picked up a whole 5 MPR. It was crazy and my ski was obviously bottle necking with no I/C. It won't hurt to try due to your cold temps.

I have learned one thing is of the utmost importance with doing any mods to these ski's. Actually 2 things. You must be able to monitor Boost/RPM's accurately to make any real headway in the right direction when tuning.
