Xs intercooler, fizzle intake. Gen2 impeller, 15/20R, pump wedge, intake grate, metal washers, 42lb injectors, Exit nozzle... Be a good combination but not sure how much labour you'll be able to charge!

How many hours on the machine? What is the maintenance history?

I'd say 4 inch air intake, bigger injectors, prop, intake grate, I've heard the X-Charger does wonderful things, (he could sell his current blower for 150?) to help offset the costs... To get the most you'll need an a/f intercooler. They say the X-Charger is better than any of the aftermarket wheels, plus you've got to look at it as you are getting a BRAND NEW charger.
I think this will set him up within his budget and give you some cash to pay for labor... but I bet he is going to want more!
And a few greenhulk stickers for that extra 5mph!

$250 for the thru hull kit, then gut and cut the waterbox. Not really a gain, but it will make it sound awesome, like a new ski to the customer. That will make the customer think it is that much faster and now better. It is fun going fast, but it is really fun sounding fast. That is good "bang" for the buck, pun intended.
$100 OPAS block-offs
$900 x-charger (since his stock charger probably needs service) and 42's, stock intercooler, and no RRFPR needed I believe.
$190 Fizzle intake
$300 new prop
That is about $1800 all new. Get the discount from Jerry or pick up some items used. Still leaves you room for "labor". Sell off some of the stock parts too.
That is what I would do with $2500 on an RXP

Nevermind I see you had 42's
