Copper spray for headgasket?
Anyone use the copper spray for reinstall of new headgasket?
worth it? thoughts? where to buy?

stock head gasket already has some type of sealer on it so I don't bother spraying copper anymore. Built 4 tec motors with and without the spray and never had head sealing issues, guess I have been lucky.
I usually have the machine shop check the block and head to make sure the sealing surfaces are in good shape.

I use the copper spray on my head gasket and exhaust manifold. I use it anytime I replace a MLS(multi layer steel) head gasket on cars or diesels that i work on.

I use copper spray with OEM head gasket and had good luck.
