    Thumbs up http://www.techlinecoatings.com/

This is THE paint boyz. You want cerama white. This is what the rocket scientist turned me on too. We painted his entire exhaust system on his 1.8T Beetle. After running for at least a half an hour I could grab the catalytic converter with my bare hands. Really unbelievable stuff. Heat wrap sucks. This is the chit. I`m doing my charger and all exhaust with it. There are other coatings as well to take temp resistance even higher. Can`t imagine you`d need it but its there. It ain`t cheap but I promise that heat fade will be nonexistant.

No, its not powder coat. You can even buy the aerosol canisters from them. Mix and shoot. Let it dry and hit again with a second coat. We sprayed it on the rack and bolted it all back up. Thats it. Couldn`t belive it. Amazing what NASA does.

    Hoss,
29 bux for 6 ounces is that enough? for thru hull and intercooler pipes? wondering if painting the intercooler itself would be a good idea?

They make alot of coatings. This stuff can be baked on but isn`t necessary. Iknow I didn`t and the guy had the aerosol kits. This coating is used on the first stage rocket bearings and some electrical black boxes that take the flame directly. The black boxes are retrieved after each lauch. They survive because of this crap. Mean chit.

That`ll cover your exhaust with ease. Buy the sprayer deal. Its gonna need 2 coats. I felt it with one coat! Awsome stuff bro. I`m doing all exhaust including manifold and waterbox. Will shoot charger as well.
