    Time to make some Beer.

Well since the weather sucks. After four years its time to fire-up the Brewery. Getting things cleaned and set-up. We will be making an full mash 12 gallon batch of IPA. Ill post the process as we brew.

Some pics of the equipment. Mash-tun, Boiling kettle, Grain Grinder, Wort chiller and sparge ring.

Woo-Hoo!!! It's been too long for me too. Looks like 10 gal batch?

I was checking out your wort chiller. I'll have to post a pic of my Chillzilla. Way too cool.

Brush-up with Papazian just in case.

What's the chosen flavor? I feel like a porter or a hefe without barley.

Brush-up with Papazian just in case. Terry Foster. We have a Cask club today at 2 and Terry will be there.

Mouth's watering. Better have a bloody mary before all the hops.
