Impeller crack questions-pictures
I picked up a 15/22 impeller from a friend for nothing, he said it wasnt any good as it had cracks in it (he bought it off ebay), but I'm thinkin it has been pitched maybe, so it might be ok. I took pictures to get expert opinions, as if it isnt any good, I'm not out anything, but if it is good....SCORE! As you can see (sorry pictures are not that good, but dang its hard to get a good picture of a shiney impeller) the cracks are on the start of each leading edge, as well on the trailing edge.

Turn "macro" (the flower button) on and the flash off. Get in some good light and take pictures REALLY close of the "damage". Post them, then you might get some meaningful replies.

There's nothing wrong with it. It's normal. I can take pics of 4 different solas 4 blades & show ya...
They're just cut marks looking like cracks..
Unless, it goes all the way through to the other side I wouldn't worry about it.
