    OsideBill Mech Trim Tabs installed

    Here they are!

Bill the angle on the turn buckles are a little steep. I think if you could take the piece that the turn buckle attaches to the tab and extend it out maybe 1 to 1.5" we will have a winner here. This will allow the turn buckles to be more vertical and hold the tabs much better. Other than that two thumbs up bud. We defiantly need to talk on the phone. The upper aluminum bar needs to be about 2" longer as well. I think maybe even an sst bar might be the ticket here.

The aluminum bar will be fine with the delrin bearings, we need to get it anodized Red. we can make another piece for the riser no problem. You need to bring that thing by the shop for some fine tuning and measurements.

straight would be good but needs to extend out from the tab away from the back of the ski 1" to 1.5" as well or make the tab 1" longer.

The great thing about these tabs is you remove the 2" extension from the qsts cable and its a perfect fit. The tabs use the oem qsts to actuate.

I wonder if I turn those brackets that are on the tabs that connect the turn buckle 180 degrees?

    FYI,

To use the qsts you must run an auto drop nozzle or make an attachment to your oem nozzle.
