I had 3 ZXI 1100 and had one set up with a stock motor and just a Head at 150psi Prok air cleaners, a good Prop and a rejet on the carbs It Ran all day for Years.

ZXI number 2 ported, bigbore, carbs, air cleaners, pipe, Prop, pump work ext ran Great but not a ski that I would ride all day long with my girl friend had to run race gas not a weekend ski.

STX 1100 wow nice ski with stock motor Head 150psi, cofmans pipe, water injection, Prop, light pump work, Prok Air filters and a rejet on carbs Pump gas.
I LOVED IT!! It ran all day Long for Years.

you should probably start with a nujet prop its the best prop for the zxi 1100 and its not to expensive and a head the ada heads are very easy to come by. that should wake your ski up nicely. as far as handling shredmaster which is pricey but worth it for the ride plate or the r&d will work. sponsons are a must on that ski it will change the entire ride of it for th better more agressive turning and better straight line stability will be gained and youll feel like you have more control of your ski in the chop, zxi'x tend to beat you up alot in choppy water. as far as sponsons worx is gonna be the easiest thing to find these days but can be pricey if you can find a set of twist sponsons dont pass on them hands down the best sponson for the ski.
