    Time to test parts.....

Well I installed a brand new 15/20 and she is tight should holeshot like a rocket. My old prop had .20 gap between the wear ring and prop now its like .06-.07. Also installed nozzle kit with the 81mm ring. I've got my 4 inch intake installed and pulling 13psi @ 8500 {last weekend with a depitched just a hair 15/20 and a 3 inch shuttle with the long bolt}. I had a full tank of gas tools piled up in the bucket a 18 pack of beer strapped on and she still pulled a 79.8... The rain kept us a shore. I dunno we will see she has been 80.6 @8200 with 11.5psi and 3 inch intake {or whatever Riva is?}on fumes no bucket or beer so hopefully she will impress me this weekend.

Yea Ron I think you are right on the money! I just wish some cool air would come in! Might go better than that... Steve I finally got sum decent boost once I repitched the prop. WE bent it WAY too much{i was trying to be a hero~ couldnt turn it}LOL It might go a bit more than 13psi when I dial it in to 8580. But yea 80 is in the bag!!!!!

Results are in i tried the 81mm nozzle first with the smallest shuttle and she would only turn 8240 @ 80.4. I then installed the 82 mm nozzle and the middle shuttle that seems to always give better results and 81.1 @ 8360 makin 12psi boost. Holeshot is just sick takes off like a rocket! It was very humid and water temp was 86 so i guess she is running ok. I think if I take a tad out the prop and install the 81 mm nozzle get it to 8500 might go 82mph.... BUT as soon as cool wheather rolls in I believe i could go with the stock 15/20 prop & 81 mm nozzle with middle shuttle to turn 8500. I know the ski is down 2mph on top b/c of the heat and water temp. I wanted 81.5-82 today but oh well I got really close and was out of tune. I couldnt adjust anything else to get the rpm's up My nozzle kit came with a 80~81~82mm rings. I really needed the stock 83mm! I should have left it alone and most likely would have gotten better speeds...~Just my .02 though~
