    Jeff,

Yes you can do what is called a "top-end" rebuild. $400 Preferably you do all three cylinders at the same time and same bore. but there have been some (me included) that have .25 up sized one cylinder of a recreational ski to get back on the water $50 bore/hone, $75-100 piston. remember that you will need to watch the fuel mix on that cylinder as it will not be stock and definitely not the same as before

Get a manual and do it yourself. Not very hard.

BUT. First you have to figure out what caused the failure. Most likely it was lean fuel condition and you will need to find out why that happened.

    Search out the following terms:

    Piston wash
    Crank Phase
    Carb Cleaning
    Carb Setup
    lean piston damage
    piston damage

Post pictures and we can probably tell you what happened

Remember to plan your gaskets as well

    You will need

    Base gasket
    head gasket
    Exhaust gasket

    etc
