    97 Hurricane FS

First off, sorry, I know this should be in the classified section, but as a newbie I have not posted enough yet (so I am told). It has 78 hours on the display and as best as I can tell it is all stock. I might be the second official owner. I purchased it from a landlord who's tenant had adandoned it. From what I can tell it was taken care of. Everything was greased, including the trailer it was on, it has a flush kit installed and the adapter was still in the ski.

After throwing a new battery and fresh gas in it plus verifing plugs, etc. it fired right up. I rode it for about 40 minutes in LI Sound without issue. Brought it home, flushed it and winterized it. It has been in storage in a garage since. The ski is currently in western NY.

I will get some more of the engine bay and hull up soon.

Do you have the legal paperwork for the PWC and the trailer?

Paperwork is clear, in my name in CT. Make me a reasonabe offer. I would much rather see this ski go to a proud Polaris owner than to whoever on eBay.

I believe that the forum rules stipulate that you must post prices on fs items.

Im not a polaris guy.. but that looks very similar to a blaster... is it the same type of ski?

    Will have numbers by Monday

    Will have numbers by Monday

    MFD condition?
    Fully functional, tach speedo, etc

    Hull condition? Scratches, damage?
Will have pictures by Monday. Plastic is faded. If memory serves there is just one scratch of note on the bottom of the hull. I did it when I tested it in LI Sound upon returning to the trailer. The three foot swells that day made for an interesting ride.
Price I had in mind is $1500 with trailer.

Attica NY is a long way from Long Island Sound

Is/was this a salt water machine?

    Pics of the damage?

I live in Southwest CT but my family and storage is in Attica. The ski was originally in NC, so I would guess that it has been used it fresh and salt water. The previous owner appears to have taken care of it. There was a generous layer of protectant on everything in the engine bay when I brought it home. I should have pictures later today.
