VTS Up/Down, Mode, Set, Start Buttons

I've noticed that you have to mash the buttons pretty good for them to work. Either that or I have puny thumbs. Anyone else notice this? Are mine just a little tougher? Should we be cleaning these things periodically?

in my ski the situtation is the same but i thought it was because it is old. so I guess it is a common thing. I 've opened mine but there is nothing to clean. of course I don't have vts but the rest are the same and it is hard to push them

Yeah sometimes the VTS is hard to push but the start button is usually easy as.

We noticed this same thing on my girlfriends ski last trip out. She doesnt mess with the trim to much but the start stop button can be a little tricky sometimes. Her ski is an 07 with 24 hours on it.

The Start/Stop botton is an easy replace job. Just use a dental pick to plunk it out.
Grease the new button and slip it in the groves. Just the Button is 3 bucs at the dealer.
