Best way to add a BOV on rxpx

Hey guys looking to a add a bov on my ski for added protection, Ski is stock was thinking about doing the relocation kit and the hks bov. Does this sound like a bad idea to you considering it is all stock or is it worth it? I heard the cheaper bovs like the ones that go on the stock blue silicon hoses are not worth the money. Anyone have any suggestions for me

Just saw that the riva kit says it requires the rear exhaust kit anyone know why I would have to run the exhaust with just an intercooler?

    Thanks Brian

Most people here will tell you to spend the money elsewhere. Have you already upgraded to Riva clutch washers?

If your doing the relocate kit from riva your gonna need to remove the OPAS and do the FF exhaust or rear exit.

Nothing done to the ski yet beside groco strainer kit bilge pump and a intake grate, was just trying to help save the clutches in the sc by added a bov for when the ski comes un hooked. Anyone know why you have to run a opas kit eliminator and exhaust just to relocate the intercooler?

Don't waste your money on a BOV....

Its a waste of time and money. It will leak and not do anything to 'protect' your sc. The sc was designed with a slip clutch so you dont need a BOV.

If its because you like the woosh sound, your priorities are in the wrong place. You wont hear it anyhow.
