    Factory carb settings 03 xlt 1200?

    Can someone provide me the factory jet's settings for a xlt 1200 (66v) engine?

    1.2 N&S 115gr spring 95 lows 117.5 highs lows 1-1/8 out on all, highs Mag-Cen 1-1/4 out, PTO 1-1/2 out

    What's this "search button" you speak of? I've not heard of anyone ever using such a thing around here.

    I have just drilled my tamper caps out to do my carbs on my 03 XLT and my Lows were set at 7/8 out.

    Are those #'s what you recommend? Or what stock setting is supposed to be?

    These are numbers I compiled after removing several sets of TE caps. I only report what I find, as there is no published factory info on this. And to note in all the earlier versions of the factory manuals they always give a tolerance of +/- 1/4 turn. Pop off on 1.2 and 115 spring is around 82 PSI average, again non published acquired info.
