    Fuel Shut Off Valve

    Fuel Shut Off Valve On My 1200XLT is starting to get really hard to turn,any tips on how to free it off.

    Must be a design problem as I put a brand new one on 6 weeks ago, and it's already gone stiff!!! I've squeezed a bit of sewing machine oil (very thin) around the shaft, and it's got a bit easier. I'll just keep doing this every so often, I guess.

    I remove them fuel valves

    Mine have a hard time in the ON position. I repaced it with a universal WSM.
