    spark plugs

    anybody experimented with colder heat range plugs? I keep on having a detonation problem. Thinking about colder plugs.

    Ebay has tons of them. I just got 6 plugs for $50 shipped.

    What's the benefit and negative of running a colder plug?

    Personally if you can't get higher octane gas, then I'd try to cool engine down with a 160 thermostat and a cold air intake to outside or up front
