    Question GP1200 head gasket

I checked the search function 1st but couldn't find which way to install head gasket. The gasket has 3 cooling holes per cylinder on one side as opposed to 1 on other side per cylinder. Would the 3 holes go on exhaust side ie more heat?

Due to the tab that protrudes from the end of the head gasket I don't think it can be installed wrong. The tab goes toward the back of the ski. Unless some aftermarket gasket don't have the tab.

Correct the tab goes to the rear and matches up to the cylinder tab.
Look in your service manual or a online parts finder.
