    Simple pop-off tester

    Simple pop off tester

    • hand held ball pump
    • blow nozzle
    • ¼” tee (1/4” barb x 1/4” barb x 3/8” female threaded
    • pressure gauge
    • 1/4” fuel line

Remove the needle from the pump screw in blow nozzle ( mine came off a cheap blow gun that came with my air compressor . Adapt tee to gauge if necessary, (use a gauge that reads a maximum of about 30-40#’s if possible and also has indications for single pounds of pressure this is necessary for ease of reading and accuracy). Then push ¼” line onto the barbs, if not tight you may have to use clamps.
    Caution use proper testing procedures.
