    Simple pop-off tester

    Simple pop off tester

    • hand held ball pump
    • blow nozzle
    • tee (1/4 barb x 1/4 barb x 3/8 female threaded
    • pressure gauge
    • 1/4 fuel line

Remove the needle from the pump screw in blow nozzle ( mine came off a cheap blow gun that came with my air compressor . Adapt tee to gauge if necessary, (use a gauge that reads a maximum of about 30-40#s if possible and also has indications for single pounds of pressure this is necessary for ease of reading and accuracy). Then push line onto the barbs, if not tight you may have to use clamps.
    Caution use proper testing procedures.
