the mikuni kits run from about 35 to 43 dollars per carb

not hard at all just know how you took everything apart, and most important DONT STRIP THE BOLTS! I always use a impact drill to get them out I guess the impact drives them out better than a screwdriver

The lowest Web price I ever saw for a Genuine Mikuni (38/44mm) rebuild kit for $41/ea. but then you pay for shipping which adds $12/$16.

Dis-assemble/clean/rebuild/set Pop-Off pressure using genuine Mikuni parts--$300 going by various shop rates.

Add $ for Salt Water Carbs.

Use an Impact driver to remove the screws--then replace those POS screws w/ 300 series Stainless Steel Socket Head Bolts from www.mcmaster.com

Also, check out ebay for a rebuilt set of 40's - little more power if you're running 38's
