    04 rxp

i just bought a 04 rxp with 45 hours. im doing research and realize that the the supercharger is likely to blow. I was wondering if i could just get the clutch washers changed to metal ones would that be the end of the problem? or do i also have to get the steel ball bearings replaced. Someone also told me i should get a oem rebuild kit. I would go to a local dealer to get it done. How much money do you think im looking at costing ? any help would greatly be appreciated

Just take it to the dealer. They are likely going to want between $500 - $700 to get the supercharger rebuilt. It's cheap insurance considering .... that is if the washers haven't already failed.

    Welcome!
