Flushing an FZR with Stage 3 parts

Does the Oil cooler get flushed with fresh water with the Riva Engine cooling Kit and Power Cooler installed? I am in the process of installing these parts and the water routing diagrams do not show a possible way for the flush water to get to the oil cooler. I am I wrong about this? I understand that the engine is now flushed seperately from the intercooler.

Wow, just looked at that diagram Riva IC engine cooling routing PDF (last page) and see your point.

I guess you'd need to install a separate stock flush kit for the IC/OC side and install a "Y" yoke to feed both sides simultaneously from your garden hose. That would let you flush w/ engine running. Back flushing through the IC pisser probably wouldn't get much water to the OC. Path of least resistance would be right back out the pump.

Hopefully someone that's completed the install can comment on how they handled that.

I found that if you use your finger to block the new by-pass fitting for the power cooler (while flushing) water is redirected to the oil cooler out the left side of the hull.
Do you guys leave the flush adapter connected to the power cooler?
