wave venture 1100 top end rebuild....Tips PLEASE!!!
Hi all...Im new to ski's and recently bought a 97 wave venture 1100 with the #1 piston fried....I believe it was due to injector failure....But Im going to try to rebuild it myself....Are there any tips or any 411 that anyone would like to respond with..?? Anything would be great....Thanks

If you had oil injection failure....you want to look very close to the crank to make sure it's not toasted also.

Depending on the damage to the cylinder, likely a bore/hone on all 3 with some Prox pistons 81.5 if stock bore. While it's apart...you should go ahead and have head milled for the 150psi so you have more bottom/mid power. I would also go through carbs to ensure they are clean and free of garbage.
