    sc bearing grease

Can anyone tell me if there is anything but isoflex grease out there that you can use when putting new washers in. I think i saw on a thread you can pump oil down the shaft? thanks

Mate you are confused and should probably leave the washers and take it to a pro.

You use the grease to lubricate the Orings when re-installing the supercharger and you squirt oil down the shaft to ensure the shaft has not twisted and that the oil holes are lining up.

    sc grease

I thought the grease was for the needle bearings between the shaft and the gear.

You can use a tiny bit of grease to hold the needles more in place while assembling it but you dont have to.

that's true. the grease disappears first ride out. the only use for it is to keep the needle bearings together while you assemble

There is an isoflex grease that seadoo recommends when re-installing the shaft components... not sure if they say the same for just the washers, but in any event you can just use motor oil.

I use anti seize on the rubber Orings when I re-install...
