Is that for real!!!!!???? How can you even get a warrant like that?? How can you discharge a weapon like that with children in the house?? WTF!!! Hope they sue the f*ck out of the local law enforcement.

WTF. Whoever shot the dog should be charged with cruelty to animals. And every officer who opened fire should be charged with something. No one resisted. No one. Ridiculous.

the guy was smart though and right away was like this is bullsh!t I want a lawyer I about lost it when I heard the dogs though...I wanna know why they shot the dogs.

Yea I'd sue the f*ck out of the local law enforcement then make there life HELL and maybe have some of my over the edge friend of a friend do a little DAMAGE.
Shoot a Dog in the house it lives in and in front of the kids and Family THAT IS WRONG. I hope someone looses there Job atleast.

That is absolutely insane. I want to know what their search warrant was based on and why it was issued...Were they suspected drug traffickers? I bet that police department feels like a bunch of dumbasses after only finding a bit of weed.

I couldn't watch this video after the first 30 seconds. SWAT team entry units do have to make some verry quick decision during entry into a house but it definately appeared they never even gave the family a chance to control the dogs. And to shoot into a room where there are children is unexcusable unless they were met with an armed suspect or some other situation that put their lives at risk.
Usually to get a no knock warrant like that you need have good evidence and go to a judge for the approval.
